. V$ u$ l3 q+ s2 s, T9 E% sTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:

9 v4 B  ^: g5 ~    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
2 Y6 \: _: {% D2 C+ l, @/ y    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
( {$ y; h$ d7 f/ D) s! W* j    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
5 H3 m2 c9 l. i/ U8 ^- y& G( e" o    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
    Actively participate in training initiatives
    Participate in community marketing initiatives

" j  H7 v' B* a* LThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    High School and or Post Secondary Education
1 s6 K- @) B1 {& B6 U" m& U    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
2 G; `" |0 }) J4 |) }    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
