Position Summary:
To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

3 |+ `1 t& [) c) ?Primary Objective/Duties of position:

/ E. S' j/ u/ g7 \! [    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
, Q$ }+ M1 T4 {, ]; V$ y    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
: k& m) P8 g3 v( D" c! X9 I/ k    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
) |8 @) \: j' m: l1 b( k+ r    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
    Actively participate in training initiatives
    Participate in community marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
! X( P( q% N4 M. R7 k3 H
    High School and or Post Secondary Education
    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
6 c' E' E" H/ f# j    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
% P! X! R+ J4 Y8 s- d+ c    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
    Strong analytical and organizational skills
$ U. f# y" \6 H    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
