7 L% j$ [' |- b0 N. OTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

2 V" X) c. R& xPrimary Objective/Duties of position:

    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
, U$ y* u1 P& x# I# v3 V' j) X    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals

/ X% N' R" z6 Y& C( _' j8 v9 i/ g( PThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    High School and or Post Secondary Education
    Previous customer service experience
/ C6 V3 ~% J, h  P+ g    Previous sales experience an asset
" w% p; ?1 S3 `( W# d. |8 D' {    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
' b  t/ S/ j; q    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
# @0 C' o# F; O9 l5 m7 u; g    Strong analytical and organizational skills
) @  a/ Z; Q; E3 ?" A    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
