$ `; d( f/ K( `! f4 dTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

) E% h& B- n' H3 Z! {, g$ IPrimary Objective/Duties of position:
! x( d: Y! N/ _# u
    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
  d+ y8 i2 H( u9 J    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
# H  C# A: q' M9 x    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
    Actively participate in training initiatives

+ V4 c) ~( ^+ A, V& C: q, }* Y; FThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

, F7 t# R5 a# O1 m/ B3 j6 d4 @1 Q    High School and or Post Secondary Education
    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
2 S# B0 u( @1 {) a    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
