; _6 \3 V2 i. F) j5 g% UTechnical support and troubleshooting of client software implementations and customer issues or problems.
0 G/ B; D( O5 L0 A2 S  K( HCreate and maintain tools and training documents to support client system start up as well as follow up trouble shooting.

-         Ability to solve complex problems in an efficient way

-         Ability to communicate in an effective and constructive manner with customers or potential customers

-         Previous software support experience is an asset
