Key Responsibilities:
. Q, O t3 d3 V/ R# U
• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

8 P* m' ?/ N* ]8 c P& ^6 T• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

) `; R5 Q" L1 ?2 o• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.* w6 L7 S' e6 m' D

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales., i, C5 T* L. g6 r p* f6 J c0 ~/ J

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

/ }: \! B- q# Z: W9 e" n• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

Job Qualifications
% ~) f, c. T8 d# Y1 A• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

( o+ G) n$ r* S5 B• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
& l7 @& b& ~7 ?! s) m" ?0 Y+ r$ @
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

& _# W: O! l* k+ x• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

" H: X/ |. K* g% h/ {: e• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
{. r& m* n% c, f
• Travel within the assigned region.

; [' Q; u' X5 K* N, r7 }1 s• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
