Key Responsibilities:

• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

* A$ K) L/ u6 q3 j1 `9 T• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

# [- S: Y/ J. s5 P2 X2 u• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.4 m2 U( X$ Q, p# ^6 C1 T( T

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.4 w8 ?% W1 l# I7 d' o

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales., P+ `5 Z( N- m- L7 J+ H, k

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.0 [: `' P& M& ?- E, b& n7 G

Job Qualifications; ]# u6 {: Y2 ?) u
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
& H3 \ s8 n9 q- [: k8 D
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
( \; H: C, {8 C1 V& I! P
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

, R& x! O$ }$ M• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.1 o9 D# p3 L3 L4 i& m# `- p

• Travel within the assigned region.
