Position Overview:
To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities
* Q$ O3 P2 D" G•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
7 \/ n0 C- y$ ]  K4 E•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
7 M/ x+ N5 o( X•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
/ k( ~$ e2 U6 V$ e& t) j•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
! v0 ^/ q$ x' S+ S. l  @•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
