•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages8 |6 L1 l8 _, }* E7 o
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents* z8 _7 V, v6 W T {% [) {$ G3 t
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
" v3 f4 x4 ?. g8 {* Q•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
2 L3 [! J8 F) Z0 _) P•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing" l2 r# [- N* W) B0 Y
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships, _2 h7 k, ~/ X! I
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle% Q+ g6 t3 }8 c- [2 Y7 b8 J: i8 y% n
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
