    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；

    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
0 ^) M; |4 |) B1 ?7 K# f& b" i    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
, [8 A5 e; G* H) Y9 \! V6 @# y  C    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
1 i, Y* f, Q4 n, t* R    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
& R4 T& h" w  B/ j7 K    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
4 Z; d- R, u& c' M3 T% ~3 ?1 I; b    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
4 j3 G- y' N; ~/ y    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
/ A% v2 h' e3 f8 s    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
& c% G; _( E4 v& C1 O2 f    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
0 I: e  Y0 i% J    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
- a; s" m4 \( N/ j$ l% M8 W    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
: M! }2 A7 L5 f: U( C8 z* q# R    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
7 H$ X0 K0 Q0 P" u7 v    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
