    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；

    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

, H% a" s( }8 u$ `. i' M: [* {    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
+ m9 r- u3 }% {) d/ Q$ ^8 H    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
. u4 ?" p' H! f! G    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
: }! L) w" S  K8 x6 O9 y    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
; B/ b; X  a, n4 N' @2 ~/ F    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
5 p* h( F1 X, u    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
- B4 k2 ?4 a# A    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
. ~5 w' H. J2 X: p2 |+ Q) ^    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
3 v; T5 J0 t" R' B    Field and site experience an asset；
. \: b1 u9 `1 f$ t3 Z% r    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
; E# {) H! W  L9 \- ?) c    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
& a, O2 V* Z1 Q5 N    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
' L. M* |- B( f    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
3 |6 B- ?9 W! z% K    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
+ O) P" n1 r' Y3 t- p9 a2 ~) e$ m    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
