 Demonstrated skills in managing stakeholder relations including facilitating diverse partnerships, providing strategic direction and problem solving
 Understanding of and experience with engaging the corporate sector in community-based programs
 Knowledge of skilled immigrant labour market access issues
 Strong knowledge of employment services for skilled immigrants
 Excellent organizational, time-management, presentation, communication (both verbal and written English), interpersonal skills, and flexibility to respond to changing priorities
 Strong competence in computer applications (MS Office Suite)
 Experience with social media an asset
