• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.- m A ~2 Z1 L7 R- x& }
• Oversee hotel security requirements.
1 W* r- D2 o( l# B• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.

• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel., [. V, C6 \- `$ e8 F- Y% [
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.

• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
' M. E3 D& |3 K# n, H- f4 e# T• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.

• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.5 [2 r9 R Y5 k9 r' i$ D
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department $ r- ^, A" A) q$ I# ]# z
• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies8 e" n8 ]2 x) h# x; I' C! d1 J
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center. O+ B7 t; r" D8 S* S% p
• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
