) p. N( C: y. P* S7 Z•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
" G- f) t, k8 Q3 P$ E  f•        Oversee hotel security requirements.
: j/ e- J$ S+ U( c•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.' s- q2 ]. e0 R6 [2 d
•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. ( x1 C& D1 T' K4 v3 C* ?) y. W
•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel." c0 H4 w' V& A  j( b& [# l. _
•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.8 w3 [- k$ U% M
•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.) Q; A, i/ A9 Z  C
•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.* X' }7 T+ @6 |) @  p, z% g, B
•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff. - H; F$ O2 u/ z8 I/ h" K) V; w* O
•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. & d0 K1 F" S- D# Z0 t7 D! e. u
•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.   a9 _1 r! d3 d$ I) i6 W
•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
6 C$ E1 D/ p2 E) ^! Z•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.

% X6 O9 A6 s+ g8 m$ H( V•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
  B" q9 L% |: r5 w! K•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department
1 g7 r" R( e+ M) L# F5 K. a•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
4 J# N8 t5 x; ^* n* z  O5 e" e% H•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center& V' C8 c0 R) u! b
•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float ( c/ ]/ [% ]( }5 i$ q' U
•        Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:
- P/ p" a2 @9 }3 \$ [•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property  w! G+ U0 y6 G$ w0 K3 J
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;$ H+ Z2 q2 Q4 o0 R, E+ g7 _
• Ability to lead and develop;
! o. J& t& Z/ S  t' _" P• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
8 ]$ {( u6 n% G5 f• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;# E4 F1 ^7 w; K  r/ c: a' X) V
• Ability to work within deadlines;1 g- Q3 W. A5 M2 k
• High level of creativity and innovation;9 \3 \0 q  ^: W8 p& g3 ^1 L
• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;9 p$ ^2 j5 z2 S0 H6 ]% E
• Strong interpersonal skills and a working knowledge of ACT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
