• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.( ]( D: T+ k) w, S) U* E
• Oversee hotel security requirements. $ X1 A- G% I, {, ?/ G6 B
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.

• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.0 R' S% D Z( V9 l. q) l
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
! O$ w- D9 M+ O p3 p• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.

• Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff. 3 h* i4 M2 |0 c) ~
• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.
( N7 K0 F, Z8 Z8 _9 M• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.
* d6 i4 D6 M2 }' ?6 m• Attend Cluster meetings.
+ k3 I0 p: {2 Q( U0 U: a• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
; r5 G! X, }* S1 B- N7 u x0 E• Handle PMS computer problems in each department * Y5 g- A3 i3 M f# Q
• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
/ j& M0 v0 j* X: t! Z8 L• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center

Requirements:# W$ p, E; X) c6 y6 n, b
•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
1 f7 \' L- o! T! }6 g" ?7 [1 E• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
/ F: C$ A6 {/ {; j• Ability to lead and develop;/ M$ t& s( s1 a# {2 C/ b
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
: S" j4 F6 B7 U/ @ m0 d2 G• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
/ u: \4 W7 C u; K- D! l• Ability to work within deadlines;
