Job Responsibilities
) q4 _% ?3 R. A/ |" I• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
! e6 m D7 q! G4 O• Oversee hotel security requirements.
0 ^( x& I) ?9 P• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
/ m" Y7 X" Q: H, w6 C" z• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
# f, h# L% n3 X" {, Y. O• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.

• Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.

• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.

• Attend Cluster meetings.
( m, b6 g# m) D- J! C( m+ W• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.$ q# X2 n2 I6 O# h& v* {/ F
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department 7 F( M' F" c! F+ Q
• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies. ?: S1 ~$ g4 c, }! F; {( f! C
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center. [7 |3 Q% P, E. Q$ O4 u
• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float 6 e0 m! S& U) D1 q$ k
• Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property. @+ O c; h3 {2 k

• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
