# ?5 S/ N6 Z1 y/ z• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
- S$ e1 M% K. s+ B& s. N; F• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;. p. C$ L8 j3 u6 u  {" c
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;! W! J) ^, Q; P& v
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
  p& N* `" ~! y& C  s) o. C• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.

• Participate in trade shows;. _$ ]+ I3 h& f; x, ^/ G0 w& g+ I

• To participate in Revenue/Yield Management meetings; Increase Market Share;

•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Ability to lead and develop;
- c, i2 Y; O6 I5 k• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;
