5 k! G. Z# q3 L• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
! K- ^# q+ P6 r/ n• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved; J: b8 i0 ]9 t @4 G% E p. u
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;& L6 _/ {9 u4 O, _8 t9 u: l- D7 q2 x
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;& a4 |/ {4 }7 A' n) X
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.

• Ability to lead and develop;
