如题，请问行家，哪家银行mortgage 率低？

每天都是最新的，有些那里的低利率，这里的华人broker提供不了，仅最参考！

有5大银行的, TD, CIBC, BMO 5 years fixed all 5.24%. You need to click "view all"
I get 5 years fixed from TD 3.19%
