As we’ve seen from the EOS-1D C and EF 200-400 f/4L IS 1.4X, it seems to allow them a lot of latitude in testing and helps with public relations. It also stops sites like this speculating on arrival of new products. :)- V$ j, ~/ X6 _0 [
