看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。3 `5 S9 |; {: q) w! p s
Introducing Solid Feeds to Your Baby M7 Z, _- ~/ W8 L+ k, L4 }
Note: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.
; y1 H8 ? Z/ D6 n q2 PBabies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:) Z: I3 [+ ^5 u. q( Z
4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)
6 N8 ]% K& |0 ?; ]5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)
8 @& [* e5 u: t& |1 J- J ~5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.
: V, K1 I6 h4 G- Y6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)1 s! H* ]' u# z* Z9 y
7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)
: w$ R+ }; V! s" n! \$ a8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).& y, }, w- M8 V! s
10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)
% e3 p3 A8 Y( }2 _" d( n2 YIN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.
9 Q5 D; B( T1 X" h4 P1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.
* W2 B0 |, {* r# X2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs./ @+ K% M0 L, z& V! s/ A0 U/ V% u
3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.0 `7 l! _& u* P. i% ]+ o
4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods./ ]9 p0 u9 e0 ^2 P. E9 U/ _
5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.3 J+ O; g! o9 W4 z/ C
6. You may use standard commercial products or make your own blenderized foods without any added salt or sugar. (Publlic Health may have more information on home-made foods; S+ V; |, b! t8 u) c9 ]! t4 X+ y
