/ C, K: j+ I9 Y4 g1 A" V$ B( yUnder the agreement, Yahoo will sell half its stake in Alibaba for at least $6.3 billion in cash and up to $800 million in new Alibaba preferred stock. The deal, announced in a joint statement on Monday, caps years of often acrimonious talks over how Alibaba could reclaim some or all of the 40 percent stake that Yahoo bought for about $1 billion in 2005.

% D$ e: h: a5 P1 E阿里巴巴不是国企，所以当时虽然已经很有希望，但搞 1b 还是难。
7 e6 a7 _) v2 ]4 D. L# e国人那时还是热衷炒房地产。现在看到 yahoo 赚大发了，就又眼红了。
) q7 V& N) ]$ `+ d$ b9 Q* n到现在还抱怨楼市降温没处投资，可就是不愿投入这高新产业，因为很多高新产业也是赔钱大户，比如太阳能。
- x3 u, _% k" \8 s# F炒楼倒是稳赚不赔。
其实天朝政府是不会让重要产业完全民营的，比如搜索引擎、电子商务与支付、因特网与无线运营商，其实都是政府的代理。
  a2 I9 q7 r$ ]! v9 p不过这 7.1 billion 里有多少进 yahoo，又有多少落入各路神仙的腰包呢？
