•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
" X; [: e$ O  ?& V. t•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
6 I" Z" S3 [  q# T$ N•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements

- Y8 }2 i# }: p9 `, X5 T* o( r0 A; |•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
2 A: D% R5 O0 K+ ?- ]" ~6 |•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
, n4 S$ U) ^. O- \) b8 d•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience

DESIRABLE

•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
