This resource will be responsible for the following:

•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
# G; v9 w; S( P" V4 Y; w4 x•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements

; _9 E' {2 Z' @9 h5 k( |•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
5 L2 E' K/ c8 e7 E! S/ }•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
& r" P6 G5 n5 E2 k" Y•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
: f3 {# e/ F7 E•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
' z7 G+ `% V/ _4 A0 R) r•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
