Mandatory Qualifications:
6 ^) C7 [+ D( Z1 U% t3 a
* I) c* g: X; A& V( D" I/ u& v•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities
+ a7 |: r' R9 g, }4 k' t
•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs
: H8 e1 s% U, K1 _% e! f  v; d1 G/ i
1 W) e$ C  n3 F! |/ B( Y/ h•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

  Y: U/ h3 a+ e3 t6 G0 {•        Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.

5 g$ A! w2 u8 }0 V5 A: e•        Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.
