• Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities: d) I) n# ~ J+ B, o* n9 M6 d

• Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs

• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

4 u9 h$ V4 y! n# U• Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

• Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.- s6 b8 n" p$ d; ^' t! e6 A

• Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.
