Job Description:- f# q! p, c/ P
•        Complete and post staff schedules
( |$ F# @+ z2 {•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines# i0 P. C' X" F9 I& V0 K5 z
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
. _- y9 ^5 ]+ [: E9 w•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff; H: S  r# ~9 o0 W1 K
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
2 K! C% w. m' k; X" l% R" `•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
9 P7 ~7 ^& A3 z* w( M* e& V•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees, E1 k, p0 x& C5 Z( \4 n  r
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
# x. v6 E; \5 J' W* A•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
( q$ c( e8 }* j- I•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway' o# g5 w( j0 q. L: |! R
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
; _& g1 I& \* N( H6 ?8 u. lExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
( x5 A% z! B+ Z# r9 r6 w' xCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
2 i; u4 f* X) u2 d) mPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion; c' F3 h( L7 d
