• Complete and post staff schedules % z% e6 U R) n- x, G6 b# G
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
4 M B. z% C" w' w0 S9 Q• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
8 n; d& z$ a0 L# @+ D• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff3 e) J4 i6 C8 r' p2 ]- L( w1 ^
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date/ u- w! r3 y7 D3 U: h0 i/ ?
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
( G7 T1 x+ p) |+ o• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees4 y/ g& q* T# I' j* ?7 k
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
* J' W# R! S# Q+ E0 [• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset4 g: V) A* \' l$ s( W2 R+ A' ?8 y
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
% s& n# Z# f! f* X9 YPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
