Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

•        Complete and post staff schedules
0 r% d: O7 w! p9 ]' b1 P•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
% d8 M) J4 g+ ?- f•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
4 }8 j6 p8 {4 @" m6 j•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
0 D4 S9 c3 M. J" K* w/ ]5 _+ N•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
# `5 j* u2 t# g2 u; |6 c# r) i$ B/ ]•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
7 m, P/ h; c# _2 t- i•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
* F) ?) F5 q% m+ ?# w•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.


Skills/Requirements:

* o( T. [5 Y# s' O/ h4 `8 pEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
