•        Complete and post staff schedules
  N5 R. k3 h' I& i' G7 O•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines# L- F* x, O- e( G9 A: R+ I
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management0 d. c( v. p6 Q8 L% H4 V
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
( A9 X  B4 L; U( J6 U- S( @+ ^•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date" j' ^% R) W& J6 j- i
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed3 Y' U  F  f9 M0 T* H/ k
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
& x0 j# A, ^0 Z+ a( V" ~5 l0 z+ F•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales' y3 j* I2 S# T+ S: U8 m6 |: h5 |
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 1 u5 @0 U( |/ L
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway# U+ X& h& Q) L2 t; d

•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
