• Complete and post staff schedules
" m; S& J; O) }: G: L• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines' J: N+ F. p* B2 e Z3 c# z4 u. c
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management1 j6 G' {: ]% k1 @1 H ?/ T, y
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
* F! _! Q% q' ~• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date i) g1 l* c- u! I5 c3 P# ]2 k; B
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
2 S6 C% r- q: `# _8 p4 J: V3 R& i• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
