Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week* C* O2 E3 t1 Q9 q: O

Job Description:
+ T+ c2 K1 r3 }! u, I; y- ?•        Complete and post staff schedules 4 D4 f1 _) m% r  h3 C, \
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
1 _8 D" B5 u8 D6 T5 M! Q. n0 j•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management3 Z! |; Q$ C/ n! Q8 ?
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
1 _: x. B( O& R# x" A! P•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date9 \  A7 z3 U3 p+ a( Q. C
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
: V/ E5 o1 v& k/ j: S•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees* H  {' c  v3 W2 {) I0 {+ `9 L
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
1 q& a4 z, v& D% x•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management $ K3 m7 N& k7 [6 U
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
) x; T% [& `# c' y4 n•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Education: Completion of secondary school is required* b4 ]' f1 [9 D3 n4 t
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
+ Y; B7 z) j# F1 v  y' X2 V7 KCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer). G" l) V4 `8 m
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion" P# D- K0 Q1 `7 `! r+ D
