They refused to receive my gift. When they asked a couple to help me go home, I felt shamed, too. When I found the lady was pregnant, I gave her a new gift for her kid. {:1_135:} I did not go to anywhere because I can not drive a car. I felt very shamed to ask others.

Whoever Canadian or other immigrants from Africa or Asia gave me help, I like to give them gifts to express my thanks. I do not know what gifts I will bring to your church.

No worries at all about gifts, your present is the gift. If you really want to give away a gift, just pass it on to others when someone is in need in the future.
