Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
8 X9 k9 V2 U' E; }% u1 R•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
3 z! x' ?8 [. o% }; \0 ~- `•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5 G% h; Q3 s0 m9 A% }. h•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
' ?$ Z/ n: r7 K* j# t% {5 A•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
% x, q' M1 c) j" r( P% ~0 M•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Job Requirements:
( L* b% e1 [/ K' C•        Completion of secondary education is required
! O* `) v8 X" E/ {: x2 D& p•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
; }, c! {9 a) ]* ?7 e•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
