Position:         Food Service Supervisor (NOC 6212)

Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
4 n9 F8 {1 t. iShifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
; [9 P" v* o# O•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
: T& [5 {9 o0 j% X•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
. D, @9 O5 d) r2 k" J: @•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of secondary education is required
) F7 g: e- s7 r3 \3 S' N9 n8 Y- _/ c6 K•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
