Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
5 O( E" q" ?& b6 h5 v•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
2 O: R  l- p5 [/ e- N. h) ]•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
! ]2 X% W7 R8 ?. n•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
. a+ z8 I& L: V% r/ E# p•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
" s" W& V! c/ F  w7 o& \•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
' `  Y5 H; j' i, v  a5 @( _- ?, }•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
