Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
6 b4 f7 I3 L9 x/ T3 V•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
% A3 C1 X- D. n2 N) V9 h•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
) }. f: L1 B8 A•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
