小妹很迷茫~需要一点指引！！

小妹在2008年毕业于University of Alberta，但因家事要立刻回国。 错过了三年内申请移民的黄金时间。现在申请了Work Holiday Visa 在Edmonton工作，想问一下如果雇主愿意申请LMO的话，那新的工签能批多久？

: M* i+ z1 T7 I, V还有，我弟毕业后在一家Engineering公司打工。他正准备申请 PR， 请问他可不可以在他的申请里加入我的申请？其实我也有看过 www.cic.gc.ca 里面的Family Sponsorship的那一栏，他说：

我弟现在单身，我们也没有亲人是加拿大居民。那么他还可以sponsor我吗？

普遍是可以續簽的，

是亲弟弟吗？Family spsonor, 你考虑过他以后万一还要spsonor他的妻子不？spsonor你以后，再去担保老婆，就难了。而且时间也不允许，首先他移民下来了，工作一年，CEC，现在最快好像5个月，然后再担保你，又要可能半年顺利的话，BJ Case。这个时候你已经有一年工作经验，你自己就可以申请CEC了。
所以，工作1年，然后申请CEC，是你走的方向。现在申请LMO, 争取拿一年工签。
或者赶紧找个有身份的男朋友或者老公，然后申请配偶工签了。

楼上好像说错了，亚省好像 兄弟姐妹之间现在没有SPSONORSHIP 吧 所谓的担保人资格 配偶可以，兄弟姐妹的话 应该去曼省 或者沙省
