15ml brown sugar

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan/ D. B+ w3 c! ~7 k
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
# z& b; \: w% `; N3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
2 ?7 e) W) K- M; J# y4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
% Q+ `+ ]! @1 V1 S* M4 W1 i5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
