15ml brown sugar
* M8 V9 E1 c- H15ml lemon juice

30ml brandy1 r( f' W4 U7 j6 z

Method
4 v H0 a9 B: R) d" @! X& K0 W1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
9 ~& c g4 O, \. A. P% O8 h) |2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.( b( [: a6 I& r! b# L8 b$ _6 u
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
/ o6 p" L! S/ d v Y! ?4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.& Z w! k6 I* a; J
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
