2 bananas

Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate, C f, h& a7 B5 t* I! K) h
Mint, icing sugar to garnish ]9 z8 p3 E6 T5 T% u9 X& K

Method" }4 _4 B" w" k! o1 U# l
1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
: u- ^% q: b6 Z& B6 s" o* m2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
9 r9 U5 D# @# m7 g* J, \4 s) m! i3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
7 o" Q( O# |$ Z0 i0 F% ~4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.% u+ y# ]+ a5 [$ N- J* [7 t
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
