Brandy Bananas
1 C& H2 k+ `9 E1 s5 H$ |0 Z+ V0 k) I* k, c
Ingredients9 g" s+ ~# T8 ^* ^# D; r, X) `
25g butter- [( M, \) v' Y4 e! J
15ml brown sugar. `8 G' M" ^, h# n- U
15ml lemon juice0 m9 A/ h* o& d9 }% c5 U: o
2 bananas
( h3 m2 H* K$ n! O! t# @; [8 E: c30ml brandy
0 q, \) C6 N. U2 m$ w: GStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate
2 h/ {: Z( P  KMint, icing sugar to garnish; Q# X0 q& f! N; m. l, V7 w

; o# R( ~$ p6 S1 [# a* F: W2 PMethod
) K: i0 E& ~$ F+ O- I% }1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan% x5 f! F: F' m4 P
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.0 W( P5 M8 M4 n, r
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
% k: t1 {2 F4 J4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
2 h) d0 h% d) T9 s# V' @5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
9 _! I3 S. J# t8 j6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it.
