15ml brown sugar
: B. Y }+ J! w1 V. `15ml lemon juice

Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan* L- ?0 ?5 y+ E* r3 x! X% d7 v
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
% V+ [1 E0 K$ e9 n& q- ^4 N3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.6 ], U+ J& N$ e8 ~% j
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
- r$ c7 L; {. J8 [( y# p" L5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
