15ml lemon juice3 D( m4 ~% Y! c7 G6 F! B
2 bananas: w! l0 `, _" V4 @7 z' U
30ml brandy

1 C1 D# J3 {& _, j) f3 ?Mint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan0 j, g- F. a! n% I7 l
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
6 G4 m; D: s9 S' y7 J a7 v8 m+ v3 H3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
4 h4 C5 U: r8 y: E9 C; M) ~( w4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.1 y8 M7 G0 r8 u( U& K) X, `# K/ P
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
