15ml lemon juice

Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

Method
* F* _) J6 A, n1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan6 I/ l% k3 V) }0 H3 J" h
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.' w; ^' ~) v$ D: R, {" C# Q
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid." {3 _1 {1 Y/ E, U3 M- J' r
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.) B! s6 o' p0 |* P, V
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
