& G2 p* b$ ]* g) ~1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan3 q( N& i' _" M: @ c, g
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
$ n& V6 ]+ p( ?$ h" Q8 Z$ Q [3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.% |- h; T( S) z3 C S
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.+ S6 ?" S% |' G8 L; ]& e9 Z
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.$ e. m; s K. i/ O: M
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
