who  can apply，  说
To apply for the Parent and Grandparent Super Visa, you must:

. m1 v; T- F1 p3 Z•be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada;
•be found admissible to Canada; and
$ j5 x) V. F" E$ s3 W! F. X* t7 C•meet certain other conditions
; d- I8 M" ]/ R% B没有明确提到是给已经申请移民的人。
