如果我们要表达“我不好意思去作某些事情”，英语该如何表达？

' Y: r1 z: l, i/ u情景是：我（因害羞）不好意思去找某个男孩，或（因歉疚）而不好意思再麻烦一个人再帮我作同一件事情。

当我们用英语说“I have no heart to do something", 我记得好像是指 “无意去做某事”，但不十分清楚了。
