我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。0 B, a* `: T* S

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) ' v4 z5 I; W! v, Q2 i
1/4 teaspoon baking soda 5 e) W9 E( F! x' E! ]
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 C+ [. V* c0 [: |- Z# k+ h5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

2 eggs / e) H7 x* K. n4 E
1 teaspoon vanilla

" A2 k# P9 \! }( R( v# |; X' fFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 9 o; f# E4 J+ b" W* V

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

/ I& v# [- [4 i/ X8 dFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
