我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened ; r8 `1 ^7 G0 b# F3 F$ z9 {% G
3/4 cup granulated sugar ; B% ~& E+ b# q7 [& x

2 eggs

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

/ J; H3 i, H7 bFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. ! o! v: o9 Y( d
