Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.% I g7 h) d8 g, J6 |
• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
9 U9 j/ K' ^$ _& l2 z `• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems) u$ U2 W/ P4 ?
o Test all new patch versions of software prior to release

• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.' @2 w, |- C0 \. H, w$ u

• Track and report all warranty failures

o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.
