Scope and Purpose of Job
6 D; M. i+ ~& z: HEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

% k" j5 s3 k) o$ [• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
: \( J" J" U. L: d• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
5 n: b8 X* X! a o$ ^3 K• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems

• Assist where needed in application questions.
, u9 ` F& e9 j1 W• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.

o Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.8 l" W% ?9 L9 W
o Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.

o Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports( O! W/ s) K' ]& u* z
o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.

o Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.
