> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and

3 D! C* @' c. \1 H> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
$ X8 w, U& b$ c  j1 }> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
/ U% q; q. F6 I> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
3 C+ k: U/ M: W# x> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

1 I0 _- U' P7 M: g3 A> Head office support:
# H3 Y0 z+ M3 ~: Q1 \& C> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
: w, `* k1 J7 f> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).
, V- X* M- q; C; r> · Assist with new projects/assignments.

> Requirements:
% s" F% w" @& ?& A& \> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
- [( G+ n/ ~! K6 `% L/ f: A- Q3 x# B> · 1 -2 years related experience.
/ X! \8 x" {% x+ h> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
8 V7 ?; D( {+ o9 F+ \> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
