here are my two cents:

移民生活----Immigrants Life
爱城学子----Studying in Edmonton 或 Campus Life（Student campus life: 要么students life要么campus life， student campus life 说法重复。）
交易市场----Market Place (Classified Listings: 版面并没有分类）
美食天地----The World of Gastronomy (food:中文原文很美，英文太平实）
求职创业----Careers ( Jobs:只讲了求职，没讲创业）
站务讨论----没有好建议但是Building a Website 让人认为是教人如何建一个网站。

另外，我觉得主页面刷新得太频繁了，好像只有1分多钟？设成3、5分钟可能会舒服些。
