Job Description:
1 `1 ^; c& T$ c. L/ Z
- s* u; B. b7 s8 L•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
, f8 R( m' @  }, S+ g•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
  f( v  p* a; L5 {•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
% `. m9 F4 @- \' d- K$ t" W•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
, b% a" Y5 P6 e' l8 m•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
0 _5 G0 i* `( l  d•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
1 q  S, {% g: i$ {6 B•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
