Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
: v& l- e8 x! pWage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

% U, I3 r0 r) o8 ]; w2 t•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
7 d' ?! G+ M# \! f1 t- K# ]•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
( |/ X- a& h# t9 B. c•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
: N0 A: Q# j: |8 P/ g6 \$ d( F•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
0 [- d$ {2 t* m; \. A& _6 t9 b. h•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
& u! @7 _  h9 ^+ M0 S6 h* T4 B•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
) Q0 V8 {! P9 x( o( o; N•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

9 z% C& F( a% T9 W0 N; h  Z" u
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
; ]1 z* Q, q4 G2 c# H5 _•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
* ?3 T( e8 ^  b1 H" `•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
