Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
. ^/ B- o$ z) j( a/ R•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
" ]! N& @( E2 l% i& p•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- u+ C3 e1 v1 ]# y/ ]•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
7 u+ P2 R9 @& u0 E
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
* d3 h$ ?- d& b: l* I•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
- Z- c- O; c1 x•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
