Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
4 V4 D; L, V7 V9 Y% w* `8 i- P/ }& wWage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

9 O( }' s$ m! D. L) Q# U% x•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
. U7 t' v! E  Z: k: V  {/ H•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
7 ?# O) h" }2 h5 b  i•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
0 q* d% b. t9 E/ |/ w% P•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
; v$ t# C/ J/ o; E•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

* v' e2 p# E% ~. A$ G# y; U3 L/ D•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
