: g5 d# G' ~& b0 JShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
9 A# K' c8 ^, e# c5 D/ @( G•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
. A! M$ H( K6 s; [# z•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
& E# t5 B1 O9 P9 q0 g•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
7 N; |7 C5 o% I0 q1 g- K•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
' U$ Y5 v! a+ U5 q•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
2 V& R$ r" b: ?( p& x•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

1 w1 l& s5 w* H7 C
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
' q/ i! a  z# p9 k$ F•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
