Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
# x' ~1 ~: E+ C# x9 {Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

" s' Q8 J+ C3 h•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
9 J1 g$ a9 b4 Y, @/ f•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
+ G0 K" O2 K* p3 n4 I•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
: h$ K- z8 [! y4 O6 }0 j* E1 R1 O•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5 q& q; H  y, t0 L•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
, j% t) R* }5 I& S/ Z3 F•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
  @3 s) e  a4 ~6 `& _- ?•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
, C3 C4 J7 d3 T; s! V•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
