Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
/ @9 m/ ~7 B0 q& _) b•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
* n2 y" T2 d) m' |7 G9 v5 J: u% d•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
9 @/ y: i4 Q4 q9 b+ d•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
0 A4 Q; D5 J) R' S, J•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
: M1 [* G; A) a: `$ E& ~•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
