/ N! X5 T5 t+ M% M4 PShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

0 k) U9 t& X8 z5 r" a•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
" \: E0 v" ^+ _) m# v•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
- \" W8 q! ]2 U, [•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
8 [$ Y8 e4 m( ?& b•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
+ J5 v- `( D, W8 E4 V1 d•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
