Job Description:
% g5 p: u& Y: v9 m. ?+ E. F
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
8 t- R, T3 a% X( @7 V! x•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
9 v, M2 U% @* S5 i. ~: t•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
$ j& M; ]8 e, _•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

; |; z. X/ v8 V•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
7 \4 i+ G4 t2 M/ T•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
; \2 q: }7 ^- S, v! b( O0 t9 _•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
