Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

6 ~# K$ |- J9 q+ V•        Take customers' orders
& S+ y- _  @; S8 @+ P•        Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
•        Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes
•        Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
5 [# }) L) Q6 X& q) J5 }% _& {8 i9 L•        Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
+ G( p. T1 K8 P: H  h# M•        Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
•        Receive payment for food items purchased
