The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm., V# f, C7 ^& L4 l3 o

$ w* a! S+ J) @3 u/ x( v• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community
1 V; S4 g3 p( |2 B/ a9 ~• Program implementation
" r) [; |: R3 t• Completion of daily documentation and data collection( a' N* ^4 U" S' S# [1 ~
• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
$ q( L2 C6 T& I+ B; s) g• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals# N& a' ~3 V8 L3 u, ^* y. O
• Behavior management
# L4 X9 b# ^2 a* `% u• Medication Administration

Education
- ?3 o; Q, r' K• Completion of a high school diploma) M+ ~) x0 o+ s6 A6 p# U
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field9 B. V% e; a. F6 g; \7 x
Training & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)

• Standard First Aid with CPR) u8 {+ P/ x5 P. X9 m
• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
