The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

3 \  `5 X8 ?$ P% HResponsibilities include:
• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community
3 C9 ]2 T+ J  l6 a2 G1 V3 C( Q2 w• Program implementation
• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
: \! i  L: Y# N+ B. o. j& h: a• Behavior management
% L" @% ^& n6 d6 t& a; X• Medication Administration
( F; N1 p: [- B7 x- j* N& @! M• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

( K. ]- z+ t7 V* @7 GMinimum Qualifications:
Education
• Completion of a high school diploma
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field
" N+ \- t4 m0 Z- OTraining & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)
• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)
+ M0 p4 x% N0 Z: X• Standard First Aid with CPR
• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training

• *Medication Administration

• Good verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $13.43 - $14.25 per hour, plus benefits beginning day one of employment
