Skills:
/ L. m% w0 a7 o% C- Good programming skill and experience in Java or other languages

, L, o$ g. ~% D' Z( A5 X ]- Knowledge of Dublin Core, OAI, and XML databases preferred
9 O- r0 v: V3 k- Interest in scholarly communication preferred

- Programming for searching citation databases on the Web
