The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
; G" F0 W2 D5 b$ W+ h9 Xperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining1 a, H' \/ m! W1 L

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;5 {! F* ?, Y5 ^& e: F2 d. [: h
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
2 P$ ?, u1 D( k5 |· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;% c; p2 |. L: [, f6 \" h9 @
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;7 b$ h* G: Q% Q" D
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
: X9 J5 S; J+ `4 J7 }. i· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
a. M( I9 R( y) }· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;9 w, T6 u4 \$ i$ \; J9 z
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

: x$ L9 F3 t/ } w& p· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;& W2 J6 T& k- l/ Y6 h
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
* w3 f7 T* k5 L5 s· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;- Z9 E9 A) C h; S- U6 y
Qualifications/Requirements:
9 q/ E5 h# G* _7 Q" u$ @· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain! o) u+ R8 c% I/ [& z: L; @
lasting relationships with customers;
p; c" \( D$ I7 {, N7 u% M) p" ^· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
) M1 O* O: Q q( P- h3 n& `· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
I- I6 B% @5 R) a6 l! h% T" ^6 C; U· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;/ A" F' E6 O A) l3 y1 q+ ~, Z" l
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);" Z, u6 l7 p/ N3 c6 V* K5 |7 q
