The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
3 E: V! ~8 f7 B" A& O3 U% Tperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
+ h& }; A+ u, U+ b- Y. d3 yrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet- N  l6 Y: O7 v# p
client demands are key components of this position.
' v) u( |; W0 f/ t4 ?) y/ ~Responsibilities:" c) X; h, }4 N6 C. t; c, {- g
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;7 I1 Y* o1 M, B! }# f) l
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
* Y5 n* [4 H2 ?8 d· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
# D) ?0 ~) Z  S. k8 p- q; |! g/ d+ f8 Z· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;& B1 P) U& R" E- q
· Collect payments for cash account orders;. n# C: l( E* i
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
8 _' G! }4 B, R, B· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;; U' W. p9 z; L
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
; [) |. |# h6 xdatabase;) W+ t' C1 {8 a- X  N3 e
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
0 S3 p! k6 b: |· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;1 O3 ]9 W1 X: R* L; }
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;' K5 D1 G9 ~6 R" ^4 Z  C9 d  d
Qualifications/Requirements:6 x1 @& {  k5 L  Y+ X; e
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
& ?/ Z/ M/ a% e& Qlasting relationships with customers;! _% I) A4 Q/ ?6 n, a7 w
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
: `/ U4 ?/ I! q8 K; {4 a, l· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
5 f: N0 r8 s) d· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
6 k6 `3 j( g+ p  }$ O! Q· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);, ~. |% i. E6 p+ d$ i3 v
· Excellent organizational skills;6 l" `, _  {4 u7 \
