& b# A1 G$ h4 L3 OThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
- G' T2 `+ C: `+ j; S2 E% Mperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
p0 T% e: c3 b3 Q9 L· Verify pricing and availability of product;6 o; }; e0 x7 O& L7 _
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
% a, m7 m8 z* ?* C· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;2 u9 y' a, c- \
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
# C* P. c* K+ b5 q- b· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;1 M) `6 r Y( l" g* E$ S h
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
/ q# G) t+ ^* P# F% x P8 u1 Q4 F· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
c# \* Z& i1 s4 `7 K/ ~· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;0 V3 e% h: g7 [1 Z$ K' o1 K U6 S; Q
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
! e1 F% M/ Y w4 q7 w; q8 IQualifications/Requirements:
' Z- r: L' x% H* t, y2 e& i· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain6 k _1 ]1 n1 u' M/ O
lasting relationships with customers;" U! d# o) t% G, s
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;( ]) X& S! ]# z' k* l. [# m
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
! y7 E6 T$ g$ `$ i2 o· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
% |% e3 z* s0 U" }" k! O4 I% u· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);( \2 i8 ^- J$ o( e$ q! Y! z
