The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
, p. S n* {! l5 F2 hperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;- x4 P# C( Z7 `
· Verify pricing and availability of product;2 e/ {* j. _% o. D! W! O6 y0 z/ _
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;( b! O, p r8 z' Q* B0 g
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;/ R- a. y% K0 n
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
, \4 x7 c \! U+ V- V* x; j· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
2 i/ h: B. W! K2 F6 G- e& Y0 L, t· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
% C1 O; I6 ^6 `9 M% k· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate4 ~7 c# m7 M* I$ J
database;
5 P2 z/ B3 f* q· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;/ j/ V+ i) ]# h$ z2 T
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;

Qualifications/Requirements:
5 y5 F- Q. J3 s; N }· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain @8 c" _$ _3 \" D4 P8 C4 l
lasting relationships with customers;
1 O( T1 u$ p+ R. \· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;* R% B) _" H( G8 l4 x! j
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;8 c" e0 @# ?; I6 v6 r5 ~
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;8 ?1 Y9 c0 p l: C
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);2 }! f8 H; o; O% H# G# \/ Z
