The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in' p: |" v/ s- s* S% u. I8 V
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining- F1 U# _# P- B; I; R, D
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet! b( L3 x4 x1 j
client demands are key components of this position.
2 U1 L; i; l$ L9 rResponsibilities:
+ l. p6 H+ N( @# _. o· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
! S+ s! J& x( L( [+ v! T· Verify pricing and availability of product;
! [$ T; l; y% @, B; L4 V7 R# h· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;& S" B8 P$ h6 l" ^( j
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;' e* I$ J" r$ |; ?) [) M/ @3 O
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
( D/ ?- I' e' p/ b- W) m& y· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;% Z9 M  e+ e( ~
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;% [' }/ F1 \5 C- ~; D
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
8 y& g  ]( P3 E; w! p% n& q$ |database;
1 |6 ~7 |* _9 V3 K) R0 Z· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
; n# _! c' k  G/ K6 O# E5 E· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;- u- \- N8 p2 a$ F8 K! c; k5 r
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
8 n. `/ d: }! b9 `* hQualifications/Requirements:
! C# j1 h( E0 z( ?. c; s· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain4 Q- D2 f. X2 E
lasting relationships with customers;
1 d8 z, N2 B6 e, C· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;% A, K1 u* N+ [5 t, n
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;/ |$ N; Z" ^2 V* g# x
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
0 S' n. E1 \9 g2 x· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
* o, U* u" L, l6 Z7 M· Excellent organizational skills;  R5 S4 z: S$ b7 x6 R! [- T
