) g; u& }; C8 b4 n% {The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in1 q) b& Q$ Q9 K, d" n
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
4 h' n! z* n# n/ j9 y1 }relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

Responsibilities:
' J9 ?# j, z# D$ [, T+ e# s# d· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;1 X$ I6 \! z  l; L& c' {: P
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
# z7 w/ g2 S+ N# z1 A6 H1 }  X- b1 X· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;: Y, |2 M* z# Q; U+ T1 }, ]
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
+ n! K5 _& l! l! L1 r  V) f5 @· Collect payments for cash account orders;
; A% d. T& f$ m' H: R9 ~· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;) U/ K2 X: W  B9 W/ n# a1 t
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;$ Z$ O3 m1 N7 q) p6 }( _
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate$ a2 E+ K% U" A
database;
+ ?  {5 E( r+ C0 Z; ?4 L. w/ ^# A· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
- {' C6 u- n" r· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;: ~' W% Z; s+ P% S& _) l
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
# w% A/ C. k9 @; ]- l4 @Qualifications/Requirements:+ ~& O+ M' q2 ?. y
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
1 s$ Q  D* l4 U  ^& slasting relationships with customers;- ^  ~" o; U$ k1 H9 H
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
. w6 e5 `. U& C* m( M, O· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;! D: A" `0 l, r: w  I2 X0 g
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
' l! V& k1 ~2 y· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);, T- I, Q8 _3 j; R7 Q7 A+ t# W/ i
· Excellent organizational skills;
