据说换发护照要带着money order 去办，请问下给中国领事馆开的money order上的收款人名字怎么写？中国领事馆的全程能否在money order上写全了？

去办理的时候先拿个号去窗口问清楚，写下来。再去附近的银行开money order。领事馆在卡尔加里市中心，步行去哪儿都不算远。

this is too long for write in money order, a short one, consulate general china, would be ok
