Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)

Duties:
6 e  o/ b; K5 U+ r8 X% H" {. P. nTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

+ B; M( b1 C. x; v' d+ ~/ G1 } Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
( X! {+ E- x" e3 T Take attendance if available
. C/ g# R5 b8 @& o$ u& c( I Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
" Q0 N9 `% l* E) G; \& ^6 m Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
/ W% x/ V7 C5 L3 o Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
7 A& p2 Z/ f& e" E' ? Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
: Z+ M: x( D& Z3 y; Z0 k0 `" y4 X Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
2 M1 X: Q0 g# p6 T, h& l. s Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

" z: t) |( i/ F0 @) ], g Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
, S6 Z0 J5 G3 K Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
: W( I( L, P9 a1 N Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
& R; c6 a8 N6 {) ?  ~ Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
