Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
8 c  M# T2 @5 rCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

: a; E( {+ ]6 L$ O Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
% ~4 T& e- k0 H6 M: L; E2 {+ _ Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
) i7 ?- g5 r9 p, R) Z: L) W- ?2 S Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
* \2 Q1 G8 k5 ^& e Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
. R: l0 g4 l5 D; j+ [7 v Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
9 @( |$ T9 ^) v Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
: ~* k# t$ F6 k Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

/ a* q  N( w) x2 t. nAttitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
- u! y7 Y  S8 h( R- e: {& e2 O5 I Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
