The Position

7 E2 F2 l0 v( c  P7 ?skilled and professional office administrator to join our capital campaign team.
8 K' Q; W( K8 N/ a. B: ?3 iDuties and responsibilities
General
+ t" O/ Y; \) _$ h. C+ A1 ?• Handles communication by telephone, fax and email
& a# G% N2 R" d  G9 |0 k• Is responsible for photocopying and all filing
% P9 w4 r! x- W( U' r+ z• Records minutes of meetings when requested by the project leader and manager of marketing and fund
development, distributes and files same
3 F! C; X4 |1 \0 K1 t/ W) C• Participates in maintaining a binder of current administrative procedures
• Archives files
# {4 A2 t0 p% z2 v5 ^• Assists in the production of Thank you letters and tax receipts
0 s3 l  r. f, ~4 p! O  g! a* p• Updates donor database and compiles weekly volunteer and other reports
; G  B( b; O5 R3 i* x: p• Appointment and meeting scheduling
• Assist in planning and preparing for special events
• All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office
Administration
: U  v- C& P6 _1 l$ m' s! e0 _2 I• Provides administrative support to the project leader and manager of marketing and fund development as
required
0 R' O7 ~, Y* oAccounting
• Accounts payable complete to checks
; E5 b# l$ [0 O+ c: b• Creates Bank deposits and takes deposit to the bank
• Creates and distributes monthly financial reports
8 E8 Z. y+ f. p: e% Z% L2 s7 ?0 n5 VQualifications
• Skilled use of MS office products including database systems, spreadsheets, word processing and Power Point
• Knowledge of other software products such as financial systems (Simply Accounting) and donor management
software (Income Manager)
• Ability to flex time as required

630 CHED Santas Anonymous is spearheading the Capital Campaign to construct the Jerry Forbes Centre for
Community Spirit: a 70,000 square foot multi-tenant, non-profit centre and volunteer workshop.

, z+ Z- @& A+ _& ~- Land warehouse space to non-profit organizations in need -- and become a legacy of goodwill for decades to come.
