An Edmonton man who operated a north-end daycare is facing numerous charges in connection to alleged sexual assaults against children at his daycare that span over 11 years.( v$ E; p, y# w0 {5 B% o ]

Walter Edmund Nash, 60, and his wife had operated Montrose-area daycare, but the license was revoked back in 2002. Yet police say the couple continued to operate an unlicensed day home until late 2010.$ I. k5 _" N3 @( x9 l, L( x+ V

The 60-year-old is charged with four counts of sexual assault, four counts of sexual interference, and two counts of invitation to sexual touching.% m3 N3 d9 E! T- {. e3 u
