8 l) Z6 y5 t5 @1 W9 l* y6 N- O        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

' D  t# w7 Q* g4 B% k0 m* @+ iResponsibilities
3 _" u' `& R) V' r6 g! o: N; \. ~) M•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
, W5 w) l: k, `9 ^, d•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
6 d0 a1 h  P+ d; Y2 a, ^2 L$ `•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
7 s* y/ U! E, z2 E•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
4 y* n8 w0 {8 i( n. R•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
