" A+ F7 P1 t; ?+ O& R This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock. ; I' z& M& I3 q+ t: J

Responsibilities
- L" y2 _! {9 D6 e. f• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
6 v# `% }. Y* a) g1 J% @• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs) x2 X2 j" a; S$ Z- ^' o
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols& E, S+ }# |, A% W7 h) |7 Y1 W
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing- a( d( F- }, h; U
$ L. Z7 `2 w. p( F, k7 o7 `* O$ S4 |/ zPreferred Qualifications
2 G- m9 F$ Q V0 e) Q• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
8 G- B- @% p/ }$ n" D• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
2 R3 z& M* f& m% B7 W. X2 n• Experience in project management & report writing , u( d! `5 L: b3 F2 S0 \. K
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
