Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

3 {0 ?- z. c) V1 G& PResponsibilities
# ^9 u7 r" M: g- i  _1 u•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
8 q: ~; W  f6 D•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
  G6 b, j$ a* v- u( }8 t& ^•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
& W& g- h/ a2 J" d% v. U8 m( J9 W•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
