, @: p# H3 l) W3 I- promote the Centre’s ISP to community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, etc. by in-person presentations, phone or sending relevant information
! y6 ~. R& ~) C" ]2 p- promote ISP in various media: newspaper, radio, newsletter, etc.
! j$ N, H& Y4 t1 v4 \- develop or update brochures, pamphlets, information packages, etc. for ISP" z$ _2 `7 Z( d0 K. Q0 z% d" ^
- provide support to ISP staff" I/ j. h+ R- y, y( }* M9 ]
- recruit new members to the Newcomers Club and maintain existing members4 `7 ]5 I! v! d, y$ }
- promote, organize and coordinate the Newcomers Club’s activities8 Y% f7 S6 m, Z" N( A" F9 X
- outreach in different areas of the city where new immigrants are concentrated6 a8 C- N1 m4 N# f6 o. R8 p! D4 b
- attend meetings relevant to ISP and outreach work to advocate issues and concerns of new immigrants: r3 `4 A" C( \, R2 E3 ~8 p8 J
- adapt to a flexible working schedule to accommodate the program’s goals+ u6 y' q" ]- h9 ~4 A) u1 l' e8 o
- fulfill the goals and objectives of ISP as contracted by funder/ Q# K- Q( ]8 }$ B/ E9 q M2 g
- report writing, data collection, conduct evaluations, budget management, etc.

- degree/diploma in social work/human services and eligibility to be registered to area of discipline; relevant experience with community services/projects/immigrants will be considered
6 d6 n4 j3 ^+ U- u7 j& O- knowledge of immigrant issues and concerns, community resources and services available% A z1 h6 p+ U
- experience in working with community groups and community liaison workers$ F X' J1 y+ k3 x
- good computer skills using Microsoft and Chinese software
