1 B6 ^8 U* J8 y4 R! i19(1) A person shall not give driver training for consideration unless the person6 [# G( J! {4 R: F
3 L* l, g# U. ]1 c (a) holds a subsisting instructor’s licence, and
2 @* f1 x; W1 p1 {) I& }6 l/ O) c- `1 }& g9 F# T5 D; `
(b) is employed by a driver training school.# S: c3 P) s" }+ Q+ i
: w1 C1 T. A+ U: \" x. f6 h(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to
