“一般而言，第二季度房地产市场，无论是销量还是价格，都会有所上升，无论是新入市的客户，还是有经验的客户，这段时间交易往往很频繁”，埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会主席Chris Mooney表示：“新盘的增加，意味着买家有了更多的选择。市场仍然对价格表现敏感，如果卖方及时调整价格策略，往往会迅速成交。”

& y: u7 C1 \7 x+ [! e4 p" f3 \独立屋均价为$379,075，中位数价格为$357,000；康兜（Condo）均价为 $234,220，中位数价格为$220,000；丢普莱克斯（Duplex）和排屋的均价，4月份由上月的 $294,585 上涨到 $300,906，环比上涨2.1%。
