FUNCTION:
8 l; l- G# s8 G: @( ?. Q4 |: rThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

- _  k/ @+ r: H: [8 N3 @7 u1 JDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
% J# M  W' X+ L: v  z7 v6 U; L•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
" ^6 ~3 V9 A7 _- C•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
& z% A, v' K5 A•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
& u) T& N5 ~* R+ c. j•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
