FUNCTION:
8 M% L3 l+ k& _) \$ P! ^/ t/ IThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

+ e& i1 ?: o6 `1 ]0 }DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
1 k$ t; A0 D7 _* X+ H•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  b- c, `5 v/ D7 e$ z% t2 v. D•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
- k; e9 V7 f+ P* [: h! ^3 j•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
: J% q0 b& M0 R- z/ }! z6 ]•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
