FUNCTION:
; \1 o$ A) I- P, m: m3 nThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

  Q, y% T4 n* g: i4 nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
' w! g- j9 m% v; B; l•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
6 O; B& E0 H" D" W% Q- p% ~: Q•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

4 p; N' t- ~2 b  D* r% W! h5 FSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
" r; `8 D% A" i# K1 V5 l5 z' I•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
4 a( \5 N+ P6 Q& y•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
9 z  d4 r* E/ }•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
! s) z8 i& K+ ]•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
