FUNCTION:
/ v/ V9 f% N0 O% Q. E. i1 Y7 D: \# h; vThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

( \0 @: P3 G* a  aDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3 F: W- T" |$ l# M2 s2 T+ ?. p•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
1 _# e. C4 c; o* Q- q$ J# Z•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

* k9 L% O8 I6 d4 `: H! D1 z6 y* KSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
4 E9 w6 S) g  a5 G( [. g, e•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
2 X: x% x' i; Y$ C+ I5 @5 C9 O0 A& @•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
( \9 W) V% v) U•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
