FUNCTION:
9 q" g/ ^8 X; c7 J( xThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

2 R% R. Y" f3 L; j: tDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
( [+ Q8 ]2 o' ]6 C. f: A$ O' p, c•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
" W( f0 v* c, M& s, R3 e% U6 }•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.
# u( m7 _! I/ v# V9 W
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
( P" x! ~. {7 g0 D, B•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
