Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
$ w, q* J. ~; ?7 j2 u% S9 bUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

1 N  ~/ N7 m; x% k3 B3 MMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
6 a9 K' z5 u: d# e& ZMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
3 Y! h1 S1 J( l6 O: X) @6 y3 qSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
8 L3 k( G3 `* b. ]; e9 m* {Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
3 }. s8 O8 k$ o" n# A+ c* n* VMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills

Wages according to qualification and experience
