* @) U. G& b' `+ @; sUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
) l2 v# Q' Q( q% Q$ j# Hplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
% S5 a' u, H& h' G. X9 o" yMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).8 h- L$ ]3 G) G# l& d" V8 E4 n

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.: w# V7 Q. u3 X' ]$ k

Job Qualification. |1 E) M+ Q! P) d, s
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services4 W3 W" `6 N+ O) x+ I h
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
9 g5 l: M; Z" O+ f% ]! R. s- u3 |School)* i% d4 ]7 C) l4 H1 U
Must have supervisory experience
9 T3 z$ E; [7 w1 z5 c- lMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
2 {6 m6 M/ A6 NMust be computer literate
& u) f F3 ]- B) UMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.3 q; n: D; i8 N* |( X
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network# d4 W& X& P3 Q+ K& v! m, d
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills9 `1 C2 t( [) z9 u
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already! e3 x+ \' B) S; Z; G* v
