Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. . L* _4 M- ~. S, Q4 ^% eUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

, U1 w+ g1 l$ C7 }; iJob Qualification
1 A& K2 Y( W# K; ^5 }/ kMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
* Z! s; D% t( I' i$ |$ F% u$ IMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
$ |: h! ^, b  @0 jMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
/ P9 V2 O3 H( I8 n; KMust be computer literate
3 L, r6 r+ R4 ~) a# EMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
! U$ `. t; b- iMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
( F4 H# n# ?" V* wMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
