; {& c2 W; ?, E1 `Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
6 n6 T" G& U) ?' c& q. ^
; d* R/ t+ c) [* ^  KTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

( u3 M  K0 E) _; m# r; ~Job Qualification
" ^+ _& ~8 J1 H: L$ Q; ?, wMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
4 o/ R1 v" |9 N; c% C1 _0 C' VMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
5 w5 V) T+ f- M, u& CSchool)
Must have supervisory experience
+ k: p# [( _9 C1 ~# tMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
0 z' F; }# c9 [Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
* M- A, h" X4 @$ c$ EMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
9 `& Q9 g# ]- a: A: G6 Q& ]# F9 QMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
; H7 U) F. p& O) ]. b; _Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
