Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
' S; v1 n# ^4 fplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
+ a' T4 V1 h8 }1 o; yMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
" [! B' Q, l( o
- L6 E* R9 v" o, j/ w6 ]+ VTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
% n+ x3 b! G0 ?2 F( _8 D& g) aMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
4 n2 U7 ~1 \( @School)
- ]4 I0 Y8 M. w% E- |! o0 rMust have supervisory experience
' q% s% j. ]6 B# L$ R" xMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
# ~% G7 B! X  R& YMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
# g$ Q' H0 m: n  I. c  ]: [  }Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
