Alberta College is governed by an independent Board of Governors + i4 U& K6 B8 P! ]
drawn from a wide cross-section of the community. Established in . b8 c+ u7 O! }3 b( b
1903, Alberta College predates both the City of Edmonton and the
/ P9 D0 f# K6 P ZProvince of Alberta. It was founded by concerned citizens as the ' j) n i' x- S4 M0 M3 G9 O" g' p, ]" c
first post-secondary school in the area, on land bequeathed by

initially had three departments: academics, commerce and music,

university

College has always distinguished itself as innovative and

edge career programs in 1999. The International Music Academy is

aspiring, talented musicians and contributing to the pride and
