还有关于叶酸的问题。。 我去safeway买了善存的materna吃，然后柜台里面的医生给我说，怀孕前两个月最好找他们来开方子补充叶酸和维生素，是这样的么？大家是买多维生素来吃还是找医生开的药呢？ 3 n: z1 w7 Y* q) Q8 h , L- c* s Z% A, L- q求解。。。。万分感谢~
if u need to take a high dose 5mg folate then ur doctor should prescribe it, mayb the pharmacist thought u belonged to a high risk group (either age or some other risk factor) 6 r( u+ s" R; kno need to take multivitamins until ur pregnant, up to that point take folic acid only
