innovation, commerce and social interaction. As the government develops
1 K# K) G" U1 _7 F% N- {4 h( NCanada’s first comprehensive Digital Economy Strategy, we need to look0 W/ P4 P7 S/ G
carefully at how issues like UBB affect the big picture. We will be# |5 F; m" p8 h
guided by our long-standing policies of encouraging competition and+ k H/ l% m- s* e) r4 ]0 Q% t
investment, increasing consumer choice, minimizing regulation and allowing

; J$ I. V0 @! N& h' {& g$ N" aThe Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has
