0 ~+ \* h4 C: ?- o7 [9 z, S7 rJust find out that Italkbb charged more for this month.  I called the service phone 1-877-482-5503 and was told from now they are going to charge 11.5% tax even if we are in Alberta.  

+ N$ Y9 O  h0 ^9 H0 ]I remember we had the same issue about 1 year ago.  After lots of complaining, Italkbb changed it back to 5% tax.  But now they want to charge 11.5% again.  Please check out your bill this month.

提醒，看了楼主的帖子才赶快看账单，果然是涨价了。
+ t& k1 e, n1 e0 B当即打电话，说是除了5%税之外还有*—……%￥费，说得快的只听清最后一个是什么转号费。complain之后说要给领导反应一下，看能否豁免。几分钟之后回电说合约期内可以还按照原先的收费。但“系统”还是按新收费标准，需要我每隔一段时间给他们去电话，然后再从账单中扣除。
严重质疑这种行为是否合法。不知道大家斗争的结果如何？

给他们打电话complain，答应3个月按原来收费，然后收11.5%税
