The cloth is soft and very smooth. It has a strap extending from the collar bone and it is being tied at the back. It is beautifully ocean blue and has a chain of flowers down to the hips. It has one strap on the left shoulder, which holds up the dress for those of you who don't like strapless dresses. ! o2 v+ H8 ]8 K* nIt is knee length and have only been worn once.3 }- G& X+ y) H9 m" u& [
