选哪一种泰诺（Tylenol）？

想买一点泰诺Tylenol，发现这里的有两种，cold 和flu。
- ^9 i# _5 m7 N( O- \, V2 ^( X# U# X8 g不知道区别大不大，平时的感冒一般用哪种好？

just use regular tylenol, the decongestant portion of tylenol cold/flu causes rebound symptoms, so you don't receive much overall benefit, otherwise the 2 actually have the same ingredients, so if u still choose to use it, then it really doesn't matter which of the 2

2 \! U6 a/ Z9 P5 Y9 A; ?$ u2 o国内很多便宜的感冒药，成分和泰诺都差不多，都含有acetaminophen对乙酰氨基酚，价格回便宜很多，效果都一样
