experience and competency-based training, such as applied academics or

Edmonton immigrant community.

What is the evidence of success?
% s. c1 |$ F* b1 O4 IAs of 2003, more than 80% of ETIP graduates over the past six years have
! ]. ~& i3 A' |0 dfound engineering or engineering technologist employment in Alberta.8 H+ y {* k. T
In 2004, 46 engineers graduated from the ETIP program. At the time of5 Y5 S% k9 R& ~/ o* W
graduation, almost half had secured employment in the engineering industry,
. e9 @ g7 ?0 V( Bwith over 90% employed at three months post-graduation.
