4 X( e/ U4 Z' ^  `Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
4 K5 C) c6 F$ i-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
5 f# a+ R6 Y" C0 N) }2 Y, |-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
# a' Y. G7 S+ ?# B. p-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:
! K% c3 h" ~3 N) r  l- }  e
5 A0 X9 T  Q- b9 w: g6 d-        Completion of secondary school is required
) P8 [2 A& r" A-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
, d1 [; R/ D4 W- h2 y-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
; ?. Y8 n9 \& w6 [-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
