Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
, E2 v7 T3 Z" ^  _8 w-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
$ {, D; p# [! ]4 B! e; r$ k( @-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
8 p0 N2 J/ e+ R5 Z8 {  q-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
  p; E+ _& [" U4 w" _' c7 ]& G-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
) w! P  S4 J7 v( y0 n-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

5 Q) i' C" I- f1 n& pEmployment Requirements:

. P- p: l8 @3 A-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
1 W" E. Q# R$ `/ l/ b-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
1 {3 G  C+ p# M0 D5 u-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
