-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
4 ]$ n) ~9 V$ G' R-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
1 r6 y$ w* U/ L-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
- O# p5 r% s/ F8 v6 |! S-        Sell merchandise to customers
6 c4 f& R( H7 D  n( u-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
2 ?$ u( w1 F3 {-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

- S  h% \! a% i" gEmployment Requirements:

4 h+ L* _" x9 x9 H& |$ g-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
( k) J( l/ Y( W- T-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
