Job Description/Main Duties:
, z" r4 t+ |1 m$ E3 ?-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
6 K6 m" ]4 W' R5 ?8 ]-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
9 N4 K8 S/ N* @-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
$ W9 c! B5 S8 z; x$ X% y-        Sell merchandise to customers
; W1 u9 J5 E4 _( u9 _-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
9 J5 F! Q2 J( E-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
6 `+ s) g$ N: Q1 R-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
