Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
" _4 B3 K: s* Z+ u# o% b9 O. Q-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
# S' Q9 g* p  n& u& H, M8 P7 q3 W: e-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
1 g4 O8 l( X) X-        Sell merchandise to customers
; F) R4 Z+ g$ `) {9 n: x-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
4 R: \" v2 D' h9 M( Z4 o, {8 }$ z-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
; Z" f. n- P8 ^7 Z) s/ D' g0 A-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:
, N, @% ?: N  F# I
-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
; b  C% L, e/ d$ l. H4 C5 u7 r9 `-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
