以前windermere的概念是河谷大地区，如你所说，市政以170分界。

但现在商业上那一整片都算广义的windermere，而且已经被广泛承认。当然，170以西的档次高时也是公认的。

windermere社区有四个区

upper windermere
windermere north
ambleside
longdale

windermere ridge 就是超豪宅区了，7，8个车库的都有...
