还有，孩子洗干净了睡觉会睡的更好，对大人孩子都重要。就是要做好保暖，比如，洗澡的时候调好室温，洗好了要赶紧擦干穿衣服要快，衣服最好能提前捂一捂达到体温就行............
我儿子当时是在国内南方.............
呵呵,说的有些夸张,但我相信绝对对孩子是有好处的~~~
